Even though our operations are based in Germany, our store caters exclusively to customers in the United States.   • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify, as well as our payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Klarna) and fulfillment/shipping partners.

5. DO NOT TRACK

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser. However, as stated in Section 3, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

6. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. We retain order data to comply with tax and legal accounting obligations in our operating jurisdiction (Germany).

7. MINORS
