At KASED, we want to get your new favorite phone case to you as quickly as possible. Even though our operations are based in Germany, we ship exclusively to our customers in the United States.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase at kased.shop, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and German national holidays) after your order is placed. Once your package is handed over to our carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES & NO-GUARANTEE POLICY
We offer international shipping from Europe directly to your US address.

Shipping Estimate: Our standard shipping typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

⚠️ THE NO-GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER: Please be explicitly advised that the 3-7 day window is an estimate, not a legally binding guarantee. Because your package must travel internationally and pass through US Customs, unforeseen transit delays can occur. KASED is not responsible for postal delays, customs backlogs, severe weather disruption, or peak holiday traffic. We do not offer refunds or shipping credits for orders that arrive outside of the estimated 3-7 day window.

FTC Compliance: In accordance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail Order Rule, if an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping your item within 30 days of purchase, we will immediately contact you to seek your consent for the delay or provide a full refund.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
KASED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. While small personal orders entering the United States rarely incur additional charges, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, import taxes, and local postal handling fees).
4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & FAILED DELIVERIES
We ship exactly to the address you provide at checkout. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is 100% correct, complete, and secure.

Customer Address Errors: If a package is returned to us by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have the package re-sent. We do not issue refunds for packages that fail to deliver due to user address errors.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, the legal ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer. KASED is no longer liable for the physical package.

Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking link states that your package was "Delivered", but you cannot locate it, KASED is not responsible for the loss or theft. You must contact your local USPS branch or the specific carrier directly to open a missing mail claim. We do not issue refunds or free replacements for packages officially marked as delivered.

Damaged in Transit: If your phone case arrives severely damaged from shipping, please save all packaging materials and product pieces. Email us at info@kased.shop within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and assist you.
